At Solvar Jewellery, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you can return your items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the jewellery in its original branded packaging and secure it inside a sturdy shipping box to ensure the items are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of your tracking receipt.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our master jewellers verify the condition of the returned piece, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
